Hilde Schuddinck, a lawyer by profession, is a well-known figure among Voka members in the Ghent area. As an energetic and enthusiastic mother of two residing in Gent, she has been an integral part of Voka since 2009. Holding the position of Director/co-CEO at Voka, she has been instrumental in overseeing various projects related to young entrepreneurship and member relations in East Flanders. Under her leadership, Voka has witnessed the development of the acclaimed Bryo program and the formation of several thriving communities within the Ghent startup and scale-up environment.

Additionally, she currently serves as the chairperson of Wintercircus.
